    Gold Coast Beach Parade

    The Event

Gold Coast Beach Parade – World Record Beach Parade – is a world record attempt for the greatest number of people (men, women and children) in koala ear visors involved in a beach parade.

The event is scheduled to take place on A DATE *TBC 2024 at Burleigh Heads.

In this particularly difficult year, we are set to shine a spotlight on Queensland’s enviable lifestyle — focusing upon our beaches and community spirit, while supporting a cause that’s close to all our hearts – Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and saving our city’s Koalas.

Gold Coast Beach Parade is a celebration of Queensland’s healthy lifestyle with a national and world focus on our famous beaches and beach culture.  The whole of community will be walking as one, proud to promote their home city, the Gold Coast at the Gold Coast Beach Parade.

Our aim is to bring awareness to the plight of our endangered Koalas, and to protect them by supporting Currumbin Wildlife Hospital in helping to look after our precious wildlife and care for our iconic Koalas.

    Registration $30 per person.

You must enter on line before to the event or come early the day.

On event day check collect your special participant Koala ear visors. The visor must be worn at all time while walking in the event to achieve our world record!

The event is taking place at beautiful Burleigh Heads. Home to many of Gold Coast’s famous furry residents.
Check-in is on the beach in front of Justins Park, The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads.
