International Dance Star Aaron Smyth joins the Parade
International dance star Aaron Smyth will be joining the Gold Coast Beach Parade on May 16. The star of Billy Elliott, Royal Ballet star, America’s got Talent, Australia’s got Talent and multi award winning dancer can’t wait to walk and help save our precious Koalas.
Aaron is six-time medalist in international ballet competitions, his most coveted being the gold medal and Audience Choice Award at the Genée in Toronto in 2008. He has danced for Royalty and for the Obamas, and has also danced on TV, appearing on two series of the Got Talent Franchise, coming third in Australia and the quarter finals in America. Aaron is also the founding director of ‘The Smyth Collective’ with his sister, Natalie, preaching movement, wellbeing and creativity. In 2017 he made his West End London debut in An American In Paris at the Dominion Theatre, directed by Christopher Wheeldon.
This event will focus the world’s attention on the Australian beach lifestyle, Queensland’s most iconic beach destination and of course it will raise money to save an iconic Australian…the KOALA!!
